We encourage a supportive and professional environment where co-workers become friends, and friends become family. We have an open-door policy, allowing trainees to access managers and directors so that work can be performed as effectively and efficiently as possible.
We believe in maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life. Every second Friday, our local offices gather for drinks, and we host a monthly social event to unwind and connect.
We provide access to office resources outside of working hours, including weekends, to support your studies. We also consider your study commitments when assigning tasks. Employees also qualify for study leave. Study leave is granted according to the relevant qualification you are working towards.
While most work is based in South Africa, we offer exposure to Dutch practices, including processing monthly accounting transactions, submitting income and VAT returns, and preparing financial statements under foreign tax regulations.

While we don’t have an official vacation work programme, we welcome prospective trainees to job shadow at our Bellville office. We can accommodate vacation workers on specific dates during the year.
We do not offer financial support, but we provide other non-monetary resources, such as access to office facilities after hours and study leave.
We accept trainees throughout the year, including those still working towards their degree or PGDA. There’s no specific closing date.
We look for candidates who are eager to learn and share our company values. While technical skills can be developed, a willingness to grow and contribute is key.
Our focus is on People, Passion, and Purpose. Even as we grow, we aim to stay true to our core principles, which help us stand out in the industry.
